For Instant Download Digital Products

We aim for transparency regarding our digital product policy. When you purchase instant download products from Paperlify (such as digital planners, spreadsheet tools, or digital stickers), please note that these are distinct from physical items.

No Refunds After Download or Use:

Once a digital file has been downloaded or used, we cannot issue a refund. This policy is standard for the sale of digital goods, as they can be easily duplicated or distributed after access. By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge and accept these terms and waive your right to a refund after the product has been downloaded.

Our Commitment to Your Satisfaction:

Your satisfaction is important to us. Our digital products are crafted with care. If you encounter any technical issues, have questions about usage, or need assistance accessing your files, please contact us. Our team is dedicated to supporting our products and resolving any issues promptly.


For Physical Products (Stickers)

Our policy for physical stickers lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Digital products (downloaded).

  • Gift cards.

How to Complete a Return:

We require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Refunds (if applicable):

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):

Return Shipping:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are sending an item over $75 back to us, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
